• Has beach toys, chairs, and pull-behind beach cart for your enjoyment. When done relaxing on the beach we have an outside shower attached to the storage shed to clean sand from your feet and toys. Please refrain from messing with the golf cart and freezer in the storage room.
Outside Areas:
There is a screened in front porch with two ceiling fans; 4 rocking/swivel chairs and table with fire pit (please refrain from using the fire pit); a sectional couch that sits 6; a gas grill (please clean after using). All outside areas are smoker friendly.
Large pet friendly fenced in back yard for your pets to run around and play and there is even a dog/cat door on the storm door leading to the screened in porch so your furry friend can come visit you while you are relaxing outside.
There is an offshore boat in the driveway that is off limits to guests.

Summary: When going to the beach you want to take a cooler and there is never enough ice. This place has a separate ice maker plus the one in the refrigerator. Never brought ice. Lots of room, big kitchen, good amount of parking and lots of extras. Super nice big screened in porch with great seating.

Summary: We love the house. It was clean and large. Every thing worked great. In a good neighborhood. We plan on coming back next year and hope we can get "A Wave From It All" again. Had a very slight problem getting door unlocked and the owner contacted us within 5 minutes and resolved the issue. Now that's good service. Highly recommend.

Summary: This home has a large kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and it is three blocks to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The house was plenty big and very nice. Loved the kitchen and how well it was stocked. Every pot and pan you could think of. Loved the ice machine in the kitchen, that was a huge plus. It’s a little ways to the beach but not bad. Since we had to drive to the beach we ended up going to several different beaches. We will most definitely stay here next year if it’s available.

Summary: It was nice to a fenced in back yard for our French bull dogs. The dog kennel was a surprise bonus. We didn’t have to get outs out. Nice quite location.
